After shipment, international orders will not be eligible for returns and all sales will be final. Shipping and product costs will be paid by the customer through PayPal (for security reasons). RalliTEK accepts international orders for RalliTEK products only. International orders must be manually created by a RalliTEK employee (contact us to begin this process). As long as the order has not shipped, any cancellation fees will be voided and the customer's incorrect order will be fully refunded. The customer MUST place the order again with their correct credentials and request that their incorrect order be canceled. For security reasons, RalliTEK, will not change any addresses on an order that has already been placed. Depending on the selected carrier speed and RalliTEK's 48-hour processing window, it is RalliTEK's main shipping priority to have all shipments ready for pickup before these times each day. RalliTEK's daily pickup time for UPS and FEDEX packages is around 3pm PST.
Check your tracking number to see if your product requires an adult signature. Single items costing over $500 will sometimes have an adult signature and will require a signature upon receiving the package. When is Adult Signature Applied to My Order? Smaller items generally ship UPS, while larger items ship FEDEX. By default, RalliTEK's "Free BEST Way!" option utilizes UPS and FEDEX depending on the product size and weight.
